What happens if a bulb goes out or something stops working?
Yes, we have a satisfaction guarantee and a craftsmanship guarantee. We will continue the project until you are happy with it! If something goes wrong, just contact us. We come out and fix it so your display keeps looking sharp.
When do you install and remove the lights?
Installation typically starts in early November and runs through mid December. Removal begins right after the holidays and is scheduled with you in advance.
